Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellation without notice: A fee equal to 75% of the services booked will be charged. Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice: No cost will be incurred. Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equal to 25% of the services booked will be charged. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice: No cost will be incurred. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equal to 15% of the services booked will be charged. Late Arrival Policy Arriving less than 5 minutes late: No additional costs, but the duration of services may be affected to maintain the schedule for other clients. Arriving between 5 and 15 minutes late: A $15 late fee will be charged, and the duration of services may be adjusted accordingly. Arriving more than 15 minutes late: This will be considered a cancellation without notice, and a fee equal to 75% of the services booked will be charged.
